 - Examination and study of the position;
 - Video conference with the lawyer in charge of the examination to outline the best strategy and the business cost of the operation;
 - Preparation of the letter contesting the charges;
 - Examination and evaluation of any justifications from the worker;
 - Preparation of the letter imposing the disciplinary sanction.
