Experiences
He has been working as an independent legal consultant for over 25 years, carrying out his activity both directly for companies and as a Senior Lawyer in Milanese law firms.

He participates as President of some Supervisory Bodies also in non-profit organizations and provides consultancy to corporate control committees. He is a member of the trade association AODV 231.
Collaborates on initiatives aimed at the development of Italian companies on the international market.

In 2016, together with his colleagues, he founded Studio Appunto.
